The Hospitality and Tourism Skills (HATS) Network, with support from Tourism NI, are hosting a webinar series to help small and medium businesses to adopt and implement a hospitality and tourism commitment to enhance the appeal and attractiveness of the industry as a good quality employer and great place to work.
With staffing issues a current challenge for hospitality and tourism operators, the webinar series aims to help businesses adapt their recruitment and retention practices by providing best practice support and guidance.
