  • be over 18 years old
  • be based in the greater Ballymena area
  • have identified potential opportunities to grow their business
  • actively participate in all aspects of the 4i Innovation

4i Innovation is designed to help the micro and small businesses across all sectors in Ballymena adapt to changing times and become more agile, by helping them innovate.  

4i Innovation uses personal innovation thinking profiles alongside the latest business methodologies, to understand your business model and define your value propositions for the success of new business ideas.

4i Innovation support will include:

  • FourSight Profiling and Training - the FourSight four-step framework identifies where your thinking preferences lie with regard to problem-solving. 
  • Innovate NI Innovation Accreditation Programme - discover where you are on the Innovation Framework with a company Diagnostic Survey and Certification.

  • Individual Business Innovation Coaching
    • Ideation - Develop new ideas that add value
    • Selection – Choosing the best idea
    • Development – Value proposition design
    • Commercialisation – Launching a new product or service
  • Innovation Cluster Support
  • Access to Funding and Business Support
