CEOs Connect
Exclusive peer-to-peer network supporting CEOs of high-growth potential innovation companies in Northern Ireland as they scale and grow.
CEOs Connect is open to CEOs of innovation companies who meet the following criteria:
- CEOs who have raised at least one seed round of funding of £500,000+
- or bootstrapped their way to sales of £500,000+
- and have the ability to attract further funding
- or an exited CEO working on a new product idea
Catalyst created CEOs Connect to provide an environment for CEOs to meet regularly to develop relationships in confidence, share everyday challenges and more importantly realise that solutions can be only a conversation away.
Peer-to-Peer Network
CEOs gain membership of an exclusive peer-to-peer network as they scale and grow. A network that understands what they're going through and can provide advice and guidance in a confidential and trusted environment.
Education
There are six to eight meetings per year including a retreat to focus on key areas of the business including sales, building a talented team, investment and leadership through learning from other CEOs in the network. There is also a series of Founder Stories from mostly exited CEOs.
Access to Catalyst Network
Participating CEOs can share intelligence and access to the wide Catalyst network providing access to CEOs and other global networks. There is also an invitation to dinner with the Invent Innovation Founder and discounts to other Catalyst events such as Invent and the Future of Work Conference.
