Grow Beyond
Summary:
An early stage export programme designed for businesses operating within manufacturing and tradeable services to help them grow sales in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Great Britain (GB).
Through interactive group workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions, the programme includes guidance on:
- successfully targeting and researching markets
- developing export markets
- identifying and managing distribution channels and partners
- developing and implementing a robust Trade Action Plan
Eligibility criteria:
The Grow Beyond prgramme is open to Invest Northern Ireland clients, which are manufacturing and/or tradeable services businesses with the potential to both:
- achieve at least 25% of sales external to Northern Ireland (or at least £250,000 external sales, whichever is lower)
- employ at least ten staff, within five years
If you can demonstrate that your business meets these criteria, you may be eligible to apply to become an Invest NI client.
You must also meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum of two years trading experience.
- Employing a minimum of three individuals (including owner or manager).
- Have a turnover of £250,000 to £2 million.
- Currently export less than 30% of turnover.
- Do not currently sell outside of RoI and GB.
