Pitch your innovative ideas to Women in Business NI's competition

Women in Business NI is hosting an All-Island Female Entrepreneurs Pitching Competition to support new and emerging business owners with innovative ideas.

How much is available?

Applicants will get a chance to pitch their ideas to an online panel of expert judges across the island who will choose six pitch award winners, offering £3,000/€3,000 each.

Who should apply

The competition is open to any woman entrepreneur who:

• lives or has a business address in Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland
• has a business idea or business that is less than three years old and has less than £30,000/€30,000 turnover or pre-revenue investment
• has not won grant funding that exceeds £5,000/€5,000 within the last 12 months

Award categories

The awards are split across two categories:

• Idea Stage/Pre-Revenue: For those working on their business idea, with minimal sales or external investment.
• Early Start-Up/Trading: For those already selling a product or service, where the business is less than three years old with limited turnover.

The six winners will present their ideas again at the All-Island Female Entrepreneurs Conference on Thursday 6 June 2024 in Belfast, for a chance to secure a further £2,000/€2,000.
