Ambition to Grow: January 2025 programme

A new round of Invest Northern Ireland's Ambition to Grow programme launches on 6 January 2025

The programme offers micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in Northern Ireland the chance to secure up to £45,000 in funding and become a part of Invest NI's client portfolio. The initiative supports businesses to expand, create jobs, and grow sales outside Northern Ireland.

Businesses can receive up to £45,000 in financial support, broken down as follows:

• £30,000 for creating new jobs
• £10,000 for business development
• £5,000 for completing an Export Health Check, Export Marketing Plan and Innovate NI Self-Assessment

To qualify, your business must:

• manufacture a product or provide a tradeable service
• have plans to grow sales outside Northern Ireland
• show potential to create new jobs
• have an annual turnover under £1 million or sales outside Northern Ireland less than £300,000

How to apply

To apply, businesses must first complete the Ambition to Grow eligibility checker. The checker will be available when the competition opens, from 9am on Monday 6 January 2025.
