Become a mentor for the Discovery Programme

Are you interested in supporting social enterprises? The Discovery Programme is looking for experienced professionals to join its mentor panel

Applications are open for candidates to join the Discovery Programme panel, a two-year initiative focused on supporting social enterprises. Funded by the International Fund for Ireland and the Communities in Partnership Programme, the programme is delivered by Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland (SERI) and Social Enterprise Northern Ireland (SENI).

Mentors will provide guidance to social enterprises, helping them address challenges related to four key areas:

• digitalisation and financial management
• income generation and revenue growth
• strategic partnerships and alliances
• cost optimisation and control

As part of the programme, each of the 24 participating social enterprises, 12 from Northern Ireland and 12 from the Republic of Ireland, will receive three days of one-to-one mentoring.
