William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast Business School has opened applications for the March 2024 intake of their Digital Transformation Toolbox programme.

The programme has been designed to provide additional upskilling and reskilling opportunities, focused on supporting individuals to engage in learning and improving the skills profile of our manufacturing industry.

The three-day programme will help you find out how to leverage new digital tools and technologies to create competitive advantage and enhanced performance for you and your organisation.

You will get a chance to explore a range of digital technologies on the course including:

  • data analytics
  • block chain
  • artificial intelligence
  • internet of things
  • augmented/virtual reality
  • Blockchain
  • 3D printing

Throughout the programme, you will gain a deeper understanding of the value of digital transformation from leading industry guest speakers, sharing their personal experiences, insights, tips and future predictions gained from their personal digital transformation journeys.

You will also discover the importance of cyber securities and how you can protect your business from risk.

The programme is ideal for business leaders from any industry wishing to gain a deep dive into digital transformation and walk away with a practical toolbox to lead digital disruption with confidence.

The course will be delivered on the QUB campus from 12 March 2024.

A limited number of fully funded places are available for eligible Northern Ireland residents through the Bright Minds campaign, supported by the Department for the Economy's SKILL UP flexible skills initiative.

The deadline for applications is 1 March 2024.

Due to high demand, applicants are advised to apply as early as possible. In the event that the programme receives a high number of applications, the Institute reserves the right to close the applications early.
