EIC funding opportunities for space SMEs
Explore space tech funding at the UK briefing on 17 December 2024
The European Commission adopted the 2025 work programme of the European Innovation Council (EIC). The programme opens funding opportunities worth over €1.4 billion for strategic technologies and scaling up companies.
€634 million of this budget is allocated to EIC Accelerator to support start-ups, including through five new EIC Accelerator Challenges.
Under one of those challenges, funding is available for innovative space technologies, specifically in the field of:
- in-orbit servicing and maintenance
- in-space transportation
- space-based resilience
Watch the EIC presentation video to get full details on this challenge.
This challenge call is open until 1 October 2025.
