The Female Founder Accelerator, designed by Barclays Eagle Labs in partnership with AccelerateHER and funded by the UK Government, aims to support 100 female founders who are ready to scale their tech businesses.

This programme seeks to increase female representation in entrepreneurship and create a more equitable environment.

What to expect

Over nine weeks of masterclasses, participants will explore:

• marketing strategies
• sales and negotiation techniques
• financial management
• building effective teams

Additionally, you'll have access to:

• one-on-one mentoring
• accountability groups
• in-person networking to connect with like-minded female founders

Who should apply?

The accelerator targets businesses that have moved past the idea stage. This means:

• you have developed or are close to developing your minimal viable product (MVP)
• you are ready to launch your product or have already done so
• you aim to scale your business and seek investment in the next 12 to 18 months
• you work in key technology and innovation sectors

Eligibility criteria

To participate, your business should be:

• registered in the UK
• using digital technology or innovation to deliver your value proposition
• ready to scale and beginning to consider future investment

You should be:

• a female founder
• committed to attending all masterclasses over the nine-week
