Innovate UK is calling for innovative UK businesses to apply to its latest Global Business Innovation Programme (GBIP) in Germany.

The programme is aimed at companies developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for industrial control, focusing on enhancing efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance of industrial systems and equipment.

Focus areas include:

  • AI-driven process management
  • safety and compliance monitoring
  • Efficiency optimisation in industrial systems

Why Germany?

According to recent reports, Germany's industrial process automation market reached a value of $4.34 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow substantially from 2023 to 2030. With its strong industrial base and reputation for high-quality manufacturing and engineering, Germany offers a fertile ground for innovations in industrial control. Partnering with German companies can provide UK SMEs with substantial opportunities to expand their technological reach and market presence.
