Help to Grow: Management Essentials
New, self-guided course for small business leaders
Following the success of the 12-week Help to Grow: Management course, the government has launched Help to Grow: Management Essentials.
This self-guided, online course is free to access, and consists of a series of bite-sized videos and supporting resources on a range of business topics.
Some modules include links to additional information, such as available funding opportunities. There's also a notes section at the end of each video for you to set yourself follow-on tasks, or record any key learnings you want to explore more.
You can work through the materials at your own pace to help you think more strategically about:
- your business
- your target market
- your go-to-market strategy
The free resources will help you build confidence and knowledge, and a better understanding of key business concepts necessary for growth. Once you complete the course, you'll receive a completion certificate via email.
Who can access the course?
The Essentials programme is open to a wider business audience. It is most suited to business leaders who are just starting out, or are looking to boost their skills before enrolling in the full Help to Grow: Management Course.
