Boosting innovation for a competitive European health ecosystem

The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) is launching a new approach for its upcoming Call 9. This call will allow businesses and organisations to propose their own ideas rather than responding to specific IHI challenges.

For the first time, applicants can submit proposals that fit any of the IHI's five main goals, which focus on:

improving health knowledge
bringing together health research efforts
creating integrated healthcare solutions
using health data effectively
assessing the value of new healthcare solutions

While Call 9 will open in January 2025, the IHI encourages businesses to start preparing now. A free webinar on 10 October 2024, will explain the call and how to use the new online platform for networking. Register to join the webinar now.

To help connect businesses, there will be a brokerage event in Brussels on 12 and 13 November 2024, with an online networking day on 14 November. Registration is now open, and spots are limited, so sign up soon if you're interested.
