The Intellectual Property Office's (IPO) business support team has a range of outreach products and services to support UK businesses:

Help and guidance on IP in Europe and worldwide

The European Patent Office (EPO) produces the Inventors' Handbook, which explains how you can develop your invention or idea into a commercially successful and profitable product.
