The Housing Executive is looking for properties to add to its temporary accommodation portfolio.

Are you a landlord in Antrim, Ballymena, Causeway Coast and Glens, or Newtownabbey?

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is looking for properties in these areas to add to their temporary accommodation portfolio. Landlords with one to three bedroom properties which could be used to meet the needs of homeless households are encouraged to get in touch.

Properties must be self contained, furnished and equipped to meet the needs of homeless households, have independent access and be of an acceptable standard in relation to health and safety.

Ground floor properties with wheelchair access or mobility adaptations are of particular interest to NIHE. Properties will be selected on consideration of size, location and value for money.

If you are a landlord who would be willing to make your property or properties available you can express your interest by contacting Elaine Dobbin at NIHE by emailing elaine.dobbin@nihe.gov.uk or by phone at Tel: 07436 068901.
