Mid and East Antrim Borough Council’s Escalate Programme is a bespoke one-to-one mentoring service to support the growth of local businesses.
The programme, which launches on Saturday 1 April 2023, can support businesses through the following areas:
- Strategic Growth
- Export
- Innovation
- HR & Staff Development
- Financial Management
- Sales and Marketing
- ICT / E-Commerce
- Leadership and Management
- Customer Experience Management
- Business Planning
- Digital Marketing
- Tendering
- Business Operations
Businesses must be based within the area of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, have less than 50 employees and be unable to access existing business support.
