NI's first Screen Industry Sustainability Showcase

Event to empower a greener screen industry in Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland Screen, in collaboration with BBC Northern Ireland and Belfast Harbour, is set to host the first-ever Screen Industry Sustainability Showcase.

This event, aimed at promoting sustainability in the screen industry, will take place on Wednesday, 2 October 2024 at Belfast Harbour Studios.

The event forms part of the BBC's Climate Creatives initiative and will bring together industry experts, local suppliers, and sustainability advocates. Key speakers include representatives from Albert, PACT, and Studio Ulster, who will present their sustainability initiatives, funding options, and production support.

The showcase will highlight the importance of adopting sustainable practices to ensure the screen industry's long-term environmental and economic viability.

The event is open to all professionals in the Northern Ireland screen industry.
