Test Trading Opportunities at St George’s Market

An opportunity for businesses to trial their products or services at an established market

Belfast City Council is offering test trading opportunities at St George’s Market.

This initiative aims to provide businesses starting out, or those who have been in business less than two years and currently do not have a permanent trading premises, the opportunity to test trade their products or promote their services.

Taking part is free of charge and you will have the opportunity to test trade six times.

Benefits of taking part in the programme include:

• trial your product(s) or service(s) at an established market
• gain feedback from customers and visitors to your stall
• help to refine your sales and marketing approach
• reach a broader audience
• have peer support

Eligibility criteria:

• you must be a Belfast City Council business support programme participant
• you must be in business for less than two years and must not currently have a trading premises
• your business must be based in Belfast
