Have your say and help shape future policies

The Department of Science Innovation and Technology (DSIT) is carrying out a survey to understand how UK businesses adopt and distribute innovative new technologies and processes.

The survey targets businesses that are exploring, adopting or sharing new ways of working or operating, or using innovative means to improve efficiency, productivity, sustainability and profit margin.

The survey seeks to measure levels of technology diffusion and adoption across the UK, covering key technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum, and more. It aims to understand what barriers businesses face when selling and/or using different technologies.

Businesses of all sizes and sectors are invited to participate. Your input will help support innovation in UK businesses, improve spending decisions and shape future policies in this area.

The survey takes 15 minutes to complete. It will ask about your business, innovations you’ve adopted and how, and the barriers you may have encountered.
