Webinars: Prepare for changes to the Procurement Act

From 24 February 2025, new rules under the Procurement Act 2023 will reshape how public bodies purchase goods and services. These changes aim to streamline procurement processes and create opportunities for suppliers of all sizes, particularly small businesses, start-ups, and social enterprises.

To help suppliers understand these changes, the Department for Transport and the Cabinet Office are hosting two free webinars:

• 21 January, 9am - 10:30am
• 4 February, 2pm - 3:30pm

The webinars will cover:

• the Procurement Act 2023 and its goals to transform public procurement
• the central digital platform
• guidance on public procurement knowledge drops
